Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Restocking Fee

Returns requested within 30 days: No restocking fee.

Returns requested after 30 days (up to 60 days): A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and then place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
